So your company is growing and you need help? Contractors United is your solution. We are uniquely adaptable, and will meet the requirements of what a company expects from their employees. We can provide you with quality casual, part time, full time or contract for as little or as long as you may require. As these are our employees, we pay their wages, workers compensation, public liability insurance, payroll tax and any other relevant industry allowances. Your business is charged an all-inclusive hourly rate for the employee at a weekly basis. Our Guarantee is that if you are not satisfied that an employee has met the criteria, within the first day of employment, we will not charge you for that day, and will endure to replace the employee with one that is more suited to your situation.

Permanent Placements

If you’re unable to find right person for your business, don’t have the time or just cant seem to find someone suited. Contractors United may be able to find the right person for the job. We can search through our database or alternatively advertise to find a quality worthy applicant and arrange an interview. If we find a applicant that is best suited to you, and only if you decide to employ the candidate we will charge you one off small pre-negotiated fee. If the candidate leaves within four weeks, Contractors United will recruit a replacement for that candidate at no extra cost.

Contractors

Contractors United understands that the industry is changing, workers are seeing the tax benefits of being a contractor, and a lot of good quality workers that are in demand are veering towards contract work over a wage or salary. Contractors supply their own workers compensation, and public liability insurance. They pay their own tax and superannuation. Contractors United regulates and oversees all insurance of all our contractors and make sure the legal requirements of the contractors is up to date. There are many benefits to using contractors, such as not having to supply uniforms or tools, and are an excellent avenue to take when work loads increase dramatically, when the job needs to be done fast, we send in the contractors.
